Getting bullied at school is no doubt a terrible experience for anyone. And it may well be especially awful if you’re teased about a medical condition that you can’t control. One girl from the U.S. knows exactly what that feels like, but she hasn’t let it stop her from living her life to the full.
Hannah Kritzeck of Minnesota is a truly remarkable young woman. She was born with an extremely rare medical condition called primordial dwarfism. With only around 100 people in the entire world having the syndrome, Kritzeck has proven herself to be very special indeed.
Shortly after her birth, she was put up for adoption and taken in by Jackie and Larry Kritzeck. Since then, she has enjoyed family life with her three siblings by her side. Both of her brothers and her sister were of typical height, though, so even at home she stood out from the rest.

Ok...Kenadie Jourdin Bromley is the girl on the thumbnail or whatever it’s called and Hannah...is a different person and I’m kind of ashamed of you. The Minnesotan, Hannah, is a dancer and has had a difficult time with her growing insecurities but a body that stayed the same. Make sure you’re not careless with these things because these things matter.
I think she is Awesome and a great Inspiration and Role Model for others to follow. She has a Real Beautiful Heart, and would make a great wife for when the Right Loving Caring Faithful man in-her life comes along.❤️❤️🌟🌟She is a Star.
Awe poor thing, bless her heart.
My little sister has thyroid problems so she is a large girl.
When she was bullied I told her to kick him in the groin. She is now in a click with all the other heavy set girls.
Hannah's optimism on life is truly inspiring. Having been bullied because of a health problem myself for the last 12 years, this story touched deeply. The bullying I suffered had me to the point of even suicide at one point. She is extremely lucky to have the siblings that she does, as I'm the oldest of two so I do not usually have my brother around to defend me, causing me to have gotten into many fights with others who have tried to belittle me. Seeing and hearing the story of people like Hannah have kept me alive, in school, and now studying biomedical engineering with the hope to help other people with any health struggles
Another fake story, because they did not have any testimony from the individual to substantiate the claims for this video , and as for the images of the video who and when and where are they really from !!
Fight for your life back. These awful people should be in trouble with the law.... like citations should be given out for it. There isn't any repercussions for these bullies. That is why they continue to do it at schools, jobs and online. Sick.
You go girl. Don't let those people get you down with there bullying. They are just jealous of how wonderful you are. How can I be telling you this is if I don't know you. Well I just look into your beautiful eye and see a warm heart, caring person who will do so much with her life. They can see that because the only see your size. But I say the best things come in small packages. God bless you. Keep giving and living your life to the fullest.
For the ones getting bullied, keep trying to make friends, get stronger mentally, socially, mentally and physically, don’t show the enemies your weaknesses and don’t take shit from any entitled person. My best advice I can give.
Uploading contracts to an online database should not take too long, and with the right solution, there should be a way to quickly drag and drop them into folders. Of course, the contract management team may want to give some thought as to how those folders are categorized. In some industries, it may make sense to classify them by agreement type, whereas in others they may need to be grouped by timeframe or date. It is obviously important to do what makes sense for your company and to ensure everyone understands the classification system that is instituted. With this sort of well-oiled system in place, it is a lot easier to keep a handle on things.
Divide and Conquer.
This is another area that is very industry-dependent, but it is highly unlikely that any company can afford to have an entire contract team devoted to managing one portfolio. More than likely, it is more realistic to divvy up the team and the contracts so that there is a leader for each relevant sphere. The entire team will obviously have to coordinate and communicate, but resources must be allocated in the most efficient manner possible. In turn, this will allow for several individuals to keep an eye on a smaller batch of contracts, thereby facilitating those periodic reviews.
