Turn on the television or fire up some news on the internet over the past several years and you’ll see that every now and then a hot topic comes along that gets a lot of media attention. Terrorism, oil prices, politics and the environment are just a handful of the big talking points that dominate the general discussions from time to time. These stories are always in the news, it just seems like every now and then they tend to dominate the headlines as if they are the only thing going on in the world. Then there is bullying. Over the last few years it seems like stories related to bullying have become more popular. At certain points, you couldn’t access the news without hearing about a bullying story, whether it be an assault or a bullying-related trial.
Bullying isn’t anything new. If you went through those awkward teenage years or endured high school then there is a good chance you ran into bullying in one way shape or form. A person who teased you on a daily basis or constantly put you down and said mean things on social media – those are a couple instances of what qualifies as bullying. In rarer instances, bullying leads to physical confrontations. The following video shows various examples of bullying. More interestingly, they also all demonstrate how the victims got their revenge, in a variety of ways, against those who had bullied them.

I'm bullied cause of my appearance, my stupidity, how I am with friends, and how much crushes I had, BUT, I only had 2 boyfriends, I was surprised that I passes the 5th grade, 6th grade teachers, be prepared xD
Yee lemme tell you a story:
Once I was just walking around with my friend, until someone grabs him behind the arms and drags him away to someone else and started beating him up, so I came in and I grabbed his neck, pulled him to the ground and put my leg over his chest so he can’t breathe as well, he begged me to stop and he attacked me again and I ended up getting R.K.Oed by some kid, in the end it was all worth because I kicked him when I kick it hurts, really hurts.
One time she wanted to kill her self but no one wanted that so she did not the bullies started fighting her so she kicked them and punched them millions of times that is what I have been told so I don't know if that is true but she did have a fight there is vids of it
There was a guy who bullied e and my friend, but if we fought back we would be expelled because he was a teacher pet, but I did karate and during a competition one time the boy, who did karate for another Dojo was made to fight me and lets just say he ended up with a broken finger (I apparently blocked him too hard) and he was in crutches the next day (I may have taken an opportunity). He is still a d*ck but now when he bullies someone I do a blocking motion and he stops but no one knows why because I haven't told anyone and he sure as hell wasn't going to tell anyone that a girl who was two years younger broke his leg and finger (apparently he told people he was hit by a car.)
One time, a bully picked on my friend.
My friend had Asthma.
My friend was having an Asthma attack in the playground and was about to use his Inhaler he brought to school.
The bully came and took the inhaler and teased my friend about it.
I merely came over and grabbed his hair, went in front of him and slammed his head on my knee.
I gave my friend the Inhaler and I was crowned Class Hero (It's a thing) for the entire day.
Now, I am 16 and the bully met me just a few weeks ago.
I said _LISTEN HERE, YA FAT CUNT, MESS WITH ME OR MY FRIENDS EVER AGAIN AND I WILL PUNCH YOUR TEETH IN._
Jose Martinez It isn't as simple as that (unless you have the courage to do so) Bullies pick on the ones who they know won't fight back, (they prey on the innocent I guess) but they wouldn't pick on someone who is bigger than them.
Uploading contracts to an online database should not take too long, and with the right solution, there should be a way to quickly drag and drop them into folders. Of course, the contract management team may want to give some thought as to how those folders are categorized. In some industries, it may make sense to classify them by agreement type, whereas in others they may need to be grouped by timeframe or date. It is obviously important to do what makes sense for your company and to ensure everyone understands the classification system that is instituted. With this sort of well-oiled system in place, it is a lot easier to keep a handle on things.
Divide and Conquer.
This is another area that is very industry-dependent, but it is highly unlikely that any company can afford to have an entire contract team devoted to managing one portfolio. More than likely, it is more realistic to divvy up the team and the contracts so that there is a leader for each relevant sphere. The entire team will obviously have to coordinate and communicate, but resources must be allocated in the most efficient manner possible. In turn, this will allow for several individuals to keep an eye on a smaller batch of contracts, thereby facilitating those periodic reviews.
