Set up email and text message account alerts to: check your balance, view account activity, remind you that a payment is due, and more. First, log in to online banking at https://www.elevationscu.com/login. Hover over Additional Services, and click “Set Account Alerts.” Enter your email address and/or phone number and click “Activate.” Click “Add an alert” and select the type of alert you'd like to set up. Click the box to receive the alert via email or text message and enter a frequency. Click “More Options” to customize the alert or click “Remove” to turn it off. Once set up, you can text the following commands to 454545: BAL: Primary balance LAST: Last 5 transactions TRANS: Transfer funds to a primary account STOP: Deactivate service HELP: Help keywords Set Up Your Controls: Declines and Alerts To set up your controls, select “Set declines and alerts” next to the desired card. From there, choose which type of transaction you’d like to modify the settings for. You can set declines and alerts based on merchant type, location and spend limits. Types of Controls With declines and alerts, you can determine when and where your card can be used. Location Deny foreign transactions (outside of the US) Receive alerts if a transaction occurs outside of the US Transaction type Deny certain transaction types, such as in-store with card present, online, mail/phone orders, ATM transactions and more Receive alerts if a certain transaction type is attempted Thresholds Deny transactions over a certain amount Receive alerts if a transaction exceeds a specified threshold Please note: When a card is turned off, all transactions will be declined, except for recurring payments that have already been set up and authorized. For example, if your card is set up to make automatic payments, such as for an online subscription or membership, the card will continue to make those payments even when the card is turned off. If one of your cards is lost or stolen, please contact Member Services at 800.429.7626 to report the card and request a new one. Once you receive your new card you will need to go into the Card Alerts tool and manage your settings for the new card. The Card Alerts tool does not close a compromised card. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier.

Learn all about the different ways you can send invoices with Square at https://squareup.com/invoices. Square lets you send recurring payments for customers who pay in installments. You can even keep their card on file for subscriptions and charge their card automatically. You can also set a date in the future for an invoice to go out, share invoices with multiple recipients, and send reminders if a previous invoice has not yet been paid. Square is constantly improving our tools to help you do better business and get paid faster. Transcription: You’ve got the basics on sending invoices, but there’s more you can do to help get paid faster and keep great relationships with your clients. Set Up Recurring Payments You can now set up a regular, recurring payment schedule with your clients in just a few steps. From your Invoices page in your Square Dashboard, click on the Recurring tab, then Create Recurring Series. Enter a new name and email address, or select a customer from your directory. If your client has already saved their payment details, you can select one of their cards to be automatically charged on a regular billing cycle. If you don’t have their payment card on file, select “Send Invoice by Email.” Next, select the start date, recurrence frequency, and end date of your recurring invoice series Fill out the remainder of your invoice and click Schedule. That’s it! Schedule Invoices for a Future Date If you’d like to schedule a single invoice to be sent at a future date, create a new invoice and then: In the Payment drop-down menu, select “Send Invoice by Email,” choose a date the invoice will be sent, and select a payment due date. Fill out the remainder of your invoice and click schedule. That’s it! You’ll receive a notification email once the invoice is paid, and funds will be automatically deposited per your set deposit schedule. Save Card on File You can also save a card on file for your customers to get paid even faster. There are two ways to save a customer’s payment card: Your first option is to allow your client to save their own payment details by creating a new invoice and making sure that the “Allow Customer to Save their Card” option is checked. When your client pays their invoice, they will have the option to save their payment details securely on Square so that you can streamline future purchases. Or you can save their card details on their Customer Directory profile by clicking on Customers in the navigation pane. From here you can either create a new customer or select a current customer. Next click the three dots on the right-hand side of the screen and select Add Card from the drop-down menu From here you will enter the card details and your customer’s email address. With this method, you must have written authorization from your customer to save their payment card. Use the provided template form by clicking Download Form, send it to your customer for their authorization, and save that acknowledgement in a secure place. Sharing Invoices If you need to share an invoice with multiple people, we can help with that, too. Simply click Add Additional Recipients and input up to nine new email addresses. If you would prefer to send a more personalized invoice via email or text message to your client, simply create an invoice and in the payment delivery drop-down menu, select Share Invoice Manually. Add your item and click Create. Next you will click on the Share Link button and copy the URL to your clipboard. This URL can be shared via email, text message, or any social media channel. Invoices can be manually shared at any time. Even if the original invoice was sent automatically via email. From the Invoices page click on an existing invoice. Click More and select Share from the drop-down menu. Invoice Reminders Lastly, you can send a reminder to your clients in no time. Just choose the invoice from your list you want to send a reminder about. And click Resend With all these tools, you'll be on your way to faster, easier invoicing, so that you can spend less time billing and more time running your business.

Then start using TEXT2DRIVE’s Speed Checkout Online Bill Payment & In-Store Cashiering feature. The Speed Checkout interface is where it all begins. An employee presses the “In-voice & Payment” button and activates the entire process. So, in our example, Matt Meehan, the service advisor, is gonna request payment and send the invoice to the customer online. So, after Matt presses the “Send Invoice & Request Pay-ment” button, a dialog box opens and from this box, Matt can make some very beneficial changes that really help the consumer. He can change the phone num-ber of who’s gonna receive the text, and he can also change the email address of the person who is going to receive the R.O. or the invoice. Now we’re gonna see exactly what a customer receives on their cell phone after Matt presses the “Send Invoice & Request Payment” button. Customers can review their invoice, before arriving at the dealership and get questions answered and never be surprised when they pick up their car. Once a customer has reviewed their invoice, they simply press a weblink and enter a unique PIN number and the online payment process begins. It’s gonna take about 2 minutes. Here, we’re watching a customer enter a PIN and then be taken to a webpage online payment landing page. Once the customer is on the customer online bill payment landing page, they have three options; they can pay online, they can request for their invoice to be re-texted to them, or they can decide to pay at the dealership. Now this customer has decided to pay online and they’re gonna go through a very simple process of verifying and checking certain infor-mation; their name, address and credit card information. Once they've reviewed all that information, they can pay online. Once a customer has paid online, a service advisor is notified immediately via text. A window pops open either on their desktop or on their Mobile Operations Mod-ule, and they know to get this customer’s car ready for pickup. They’ve paid their bill. Sometimes, it’s necessary to refund a customer all of their payment or part of their payment. It’s really easy in TEXT2DRIVE. An employee or manager simply presses a “Refund Payment” button, and then makes a decision; is it a full or par-tial refund. Once they’re finished, they hit “Refund Payment” and their customer’s entire online payment is refunded. Any employee who is utilizing Speed Checkout can receive a reconciliation of all their transactions by simply pressing “Email My Transactions” button. All the transactions are also going into a master list which is all sent through the mer-chant service provider directly to your business office. And keep this in mind, with Speed Checkout, there’s never a need to change your Merchant Services Provider. Now let’s take a look at how self-cashiering is handled within TEXT2DRIVE’s Speed Checkout. The service advisor will press the “In-Store Pay” button and then take the credit card of the customer and swipe it in the swiper, which is going to be at-tached to their computer at their workstation. You’re seeing it right now. Here’s the credit card being swiped, and after it’s swiped, this screen will appear, already populated with all the information and the payment process is now complete us-ing self-cashiering and Speed Checkout. Another nice feature, built right into Speed Checkout, is invoicing for any depart-ment. So, if you sold a car and you want a deposit to be paid, you can use Speed Checkout for that. If you sold parts to a customer who maybe doesn’t have a car in for repair, you can send an invoice and have payment made for that. Or even payment for a body shop can be made or another parts department, or another dealership. A variety of transactions by various dealership departments can be ac-complished using Speed Checkout’s invoicing feature. Once the “Create Invoice” button is pressed, this window appears and from here, you merely enter certain information relative to this transaction. Now if the customer is in your DMS, most of the information will be populated. Online bill payment, self-cashiering and all department text invoicing is the true power of Speed Checkout. With Square Invoices, you can send an invoice to your customer’s email address, and they pay online directly to your account. Which means less work for you and faster payments from them. To send an invoice from your mobile device via the square app, or your square dashboard simply select invoices from the navigation panel. Then Create Invoice. Add your customer’s name and email address. If you already have customers stored on your phone or Square’s Customer Directory, you can simply choose from your existing list of clients and TAP Add to Invoice. Next add item and select an item from your Item Library. Adjust the quantity Add Invoice Details Or even add a customized message, like this. Now you can preview the invoice to see how it’ll show up for your client. From your Square dashboard You can customize the look by changing the color and logo at any time in accounts and settings.. Want to make a change? No problem. Simply navigate back to the invoice to make updates. Once you’re all set, just Tap Send! You can easily track the status of your invoice to see when the invoice was viewed and paid. Once you’ve sent the invoice, your clients will receive the invoice directly in their email, where they will see options to pay with any supported credit or debit card. They can also pay their invoices in person. After they’ve successfully entered their payment information, both you and your customer will receive a confirmation email that the invoice has been paid. And that’s it. You can check invoices off your list in a matter of minutes.
