Changing Lanes (4/10) Movie CLIP - Forge the Document (2002) HD

Changing Lanes movie clips: http://j.mp/15vKgML BUY THE MOVIE: http://amzn.to/tDci6y Don't miss the HOTTEST NEW TRAILERS: http://bit.ly/1u2y6pr CLIP DESCRIPTION: After important documents have been lost, lawyers propose to Gavin (Ben Affleck) to forge them. FILM DESCRIPTION: Director Roger Michell follows up the hit romantic comedy Notting Hill (1999) with this thought-provoking thriller. Ben Affleck and Samuel L. Jackson star, respectively, as Gavin Banek and Doyle Gibson, two New York men whose lives become accidentally intertwined in a Good Friday fender bender on the FDR Drive. Late for a crucial appointment, hotshot lawyer Gavin tosses Doyle a blank check and leaves the scene, while Doyle, whose car is inoperable, is late for a court-appointed custody hearing. A recovering alcoholic, Doyle's tardiness doesn't sit well with the judge, who - sick of waiting for Gipson - grants custody to Doyle's ex-wife in Doyle's absence. The situation worsens when it becomes evident that Doyle has an equally important file belonging to Gavin, which proves that an elderly man gave Banek's firm power-of-attorney over his foundation. So begins an escalating war of words and deeds between the two men. Soon, egged on by an associate (Toni Collette), Gavin hires a "fixer" (Dylan Baker) to destroy Doyle's credit, forcing Doyle to fire back with some cunning moves of his own. Changing Lanes co-stars William Hurt, Sydney Pollack, and Toni Collette. Veritas is censorship- and commercial-free and survives on your voluntary subscriptions. Thank you for supporting our work. ~Mel Fabregas S y n o p s i s According to Sophia Stewart , in 1999, after seeing the movie "The Matrix," she filed a copyright lawsuit against the Wachowski Brothers, Joel Silver and Warner Brothers. She was shocked to learn that the movie was based on her original manuscript entitled the "The Third Eye," which has a copyright, which dates back to 1981. The FBI also found during the course of their investigation that her copyrighted script was passed to James Cameron over at Columbia Pictures, and he infringed it as well for his movie "The Terminator." "According to court documentation, an FBI investigation discovered that more than thirty minutes had been edited from the original Matrix film, in an attempt to avoid penalties for copyright infringement. The investigation also stated that credible witnesses employed at Warner Brothers came forward, claiming that the executives and lawyers had full knowledge that the work in question did not belong to the Wachowski Brothers. These witnesses claimed to have seen Stewart's original work and that it had been often used during preparation of the motion pictures. The defendants tried, on several occasions, to have Stewart's case dismissed, without success. B i o Child prodigy, prolific writer, poet and creative genius are just a few of the terms used to describe Sophia Stewart. Stewart received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in journalism and minors in law and psychology from the City University of New York In 1979, her love and skills for writing motivated her to move from New York to Los Angeles where she studied cinema at the University of Southern California (USC). It was there she had the opportunity to study film under the auspices of producer Leon Roth; father of Eric Roth, screenwriter of the movie Forrest Gump. Mother of the Matrix as she is affectionately known, wrote her Epic The Third Eye while she was studying cinema at the University of Southern California. This ingenuous work, copyrighted since 1981, is the foundation and contains the core elements of the blockbuster films: The Terminator and The Matrix. Stewart's brilliance lies in her ability to create characters, stories and cinematic magic. In The Third Eye, she has transformed comprehensive metaphysical and spiritual concepts into the most revered science fiction films of the 20th century. The Terminator and The Matrix films are among the most artistically phenomenal and financially profitable film franchises in Hollywood's history. These works have currently grossed over $25 billion dollars, won 4 Oscars, and continue to generate revenue internationally. She is currently continuing her epic work in the upcoming Matrix 4 movie, which is destined to supersede the extraordinary success of The Matrix and The Terminator and establish her as one of the most profound master writers of the 21st century.

A script is nothing more than a written format of your video, Including the spoken lines and a short description of the visuals. Actors and Dialogue needs a script. Any video with multiple locations needs a script. Any video you’re using valuable resource to make it. ( like money, or time other than yours) needs a script. Script is also a communication tool for you and crew. Nobody can say “ I didn’t know we need a real pig” if it’s right there in the script. Before starting a script you should have a story Now what is a story, according to me story is “ A account of a person encountering obstacles in pursuit of some thing they want” Affiliate Links Film Making Tutorials ** Best Camera and Accessories for starting your Video Making, Short Film, YouTube Videos.** Affiliate Links for Amazon India Sony DSLR A68M 18mm-135mm (http://amzn.to/2vC59ad ) Sony 50mm F/1.8 Lens (http://amzn.to/2x1Rrh5 ) Benro T600EX Digital Tripod Kit (http://amzn.to/2eyKEUI ) Apple MacBook Pro (http://amzn.to/2vVku0I ) Apple 21.5 inch iMac (http://amzn.to/2euonUl ) Sonia Lights for Still and Photography with Stands and Softbox (http://amzn.to/2gtLCOO ) RODE VGMO Video Mic (http://amzn.to/2gtXrV6 ) DSLR Shotgun Mic for Recording (http://amzn.to/2euFZPN ) Memory cards (http://amzn.to/2eQZySR ) (http://amzn.to/2iST0I2 ) (http://amzn.to/2x1xMhj ) ** Books I Prefer for future and struggling Film Maker.** How to shoot Video that doesn’t Suck (http://amzn.to/2gzrbno ) Directors Diaries (http://amzn.to/2eR5TOs ) Screenplay: The Foundation of Screenplay (http://amzn.to/2ezqcmB ) The Filmmaker’s Handbook (http://amzn.to/2iS2vr2 ) On Directing Film (http://amzn.to/2vVD1Kh ) *************************************************************************** Affliate Links for Amazon USA ** Best Camera and Accessories for starting your Video Making, Short Film, YouTube Videos.** Sony DSLR A68 DSLR ( http://amzn.to/2vUYnrt ) Sony 50mm F/1.8 Lens (http://amzn.to/2wxxrQt ) Benro AERO4 Digital Tripod (http://amzn.to/2iQvlaY ) Apple Macbook Pro (http://amzn.to/2xGIA1y ) Apple 21.5 inch IMAC (http://amzn.to/2vVEOPI ) RODE VGMO Video Mic (http://amzn.to/2wxQA4z ) Memory cards (http://amzn.to/2vVHZqv ) (http://amzn.to/2gumXK3 ) (http://amzn.to/2wxZhMm ) ** Books I Prefer for future and struggling Film Maker.** How to shoot Video that doesn’t Suck (http://amzn.to/2vVrBWX) Directors Diaries (http://amzn.to/2gtIH8X ) Screenplay: The Foundation of Screenplay (http://amzn.to/2iRqhmT ) The Filmmaker’s Handbook (http://amzn.to/2vVH2P4 ) On Directing Film (http://amzn.to/2iSotKr) *************************************************************************** Affliate Links for Amazon Canada ** Best Camera and Accessories for starting your Video Making, Short Film, YouTube Videos.** Sony DSLR A68 DSLR (http://amzn.to/2gtJsin) Sony 50mm F/1.8 Lens (http://amzn.to/2wuOhB5) Benro AERO4 Digital Tripod (http://amzn.to/2vBJtLr) Apple Macbook Pro (http://amzn.to/2iUyGGn) Apple 21.5 inch IMAC (http://amzn.to/2iUzniX) RODE VGMO Video Mic ( http://amzn.to/2iTmW6U ) Memory cards (http://amzn.to/2x24CPk) (http://amzn.to/2wxC8tz) (http://amzn.to/2x2ead0) ** Books I Prefer for future and struggling Film Maker.** How to shoot Video that doesn’t Suck (http://amzn.to/2x1ZOZU) Directors Diaries (http://amzn.to/2vC3UaZ) Screenplay: The Foundation of Screenplay (http://amzn.to/2x1Tr94 ) The Filmmaker’s Handbook (http://amzn.to/2wuS9Sz ) On Directing Film (http://amzn.to/2wusWrm ) Links for Amazon U.K Sony DSLR A68 DSLR (http://amzn.to/2wv7F0K) Sony 50mm F/1.8 Lens ( http://amzn.to/2eRSO7i ) Benro Tripod (http://amzn.to/2eRPoRX) Apple Macbook Pro (http://amzn.to/2ezhfK4 ) RODE VGMO Video Mic (http://amzn.to/2evaxRB) Memory cards (http://amzn.to/2gunoUy) (http://amzn.to/2wvd9Zw) (http://amzn.to/2euTMpB) ** Books I Prefer for future and struggling Film Maker.** How to shoot Video that doesn’t Suck (http://amzn.to/2eAmTLK ) Directors Diaries (http://amzn.to/2vXn4n6 ) Screenplay: The Foundation of Screenplay (http://amzn.to/2xI4vW4 ) The Filmmaker’s Handbook (http://amzn.to/2vWtvqD ) On Directing Film (http://amzn.to/2eAnayg )

Lesson 04 Character Development and Psychology

04:27
Get COMPLETE COURSE FOR FREE at http://tr4ckit.com/gna2 This is a lesson from the course Character Design For Animation in Illustrator. Hi, this is Mark Diaz for 2D Animation 101 dot com, and in this lesson we will learn about character psychology. Ok. Let’s get started. A character has to be believable, even if it’s a cartoon, you need the audience to believe that the character is alive, has needs to get something. He has to want to get something. To achieve this, you need to work on probably one of the most important elements of your character. Your character's personality. You can check a short Video from Sydney, who talks about personality in the 5th episode of “The Art of Character Animation”. You can find that video in the training center of our website, 2danimation101.com Now, if you want to really get it done... hang on the following lessons, golden knowledge is coming your way. Let’s talk about character personality. In the 1930s, Walt Disney and his staff discovered that characters with no personality were boring, they had nothing interesting to offer to the audience. Ok. So far, we got boring characters and nothing interesting. Those are the good news, want to hear bad news? We live in the 21th century, and many animators are still doing animation with characters who have no personality, even after all the efforts and secrets that Walt and his team uncovered. Walt would be so disappointed (probably screaming from the heavens, or that special place that awesome talented people go when they end their lives here) But lucky you! I have compiled all of my research notes and created a process. The point to have interesting characters is by giving them personality. Answer the basic question: What does your character want to get or achieve? That very basic question will get things going for your character development. Now, for those of you who want to really stand out and create memorable characters, let’s dig even deeper. Once you know what your character want’s to get, you can give her a way to get it. How? With a set of personality traits. According to a theory by Briggs Myers, there are 16 personality types, but we will keep it simple and just determine the 4 basic areas of personality, so we can define our character quickly. Just answer four questions, and your character will have a very strong personality. Ready? Let’s give your character’s personality some love. First... 1. How is your character energized? Is he/she Extraverted? Or Introverted? This one refers to the way your character gets energized. Does he/she like to interact with other people? Or prefers to be by himself/herself? For example, if your character is an inventor: You could have her be an introvert, because she likes to be solving math problems and formulas by herself in her lab. “No interruptions, please!” But if she was an explorer, and liked to travel around the world, then she would be an extravert. She would enjoy meeting different people with different cultures. “I hope I meet someone interesting today!” So, deciding if your character is an introvert or extravert can give you a clue of her hobbies, interests and regular activities. And also, give you a very strong foundation on how your character interacts with other characters. Great! You now have one area of his/her personality. Nice, that’s it for this lesson, now that we covered the first basic area of the personality traits, let’s move to the next lesson, in which we will check the second area, which covers, the things that your character naturally pays attention to. See you there.
