SWOT is a famous framework that allows us to combine the two types of analysis. SWOT is sometimes referred to as internal-external analysis. The acronym SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. The first two, Strengths and Weaknesses, are related to a firm’s internal environment, while the last two, Opportunities and Threats, consider its external environment. Internal strengths and external opportunities are vertically paired as helpful elements, while internal weaknesses and external threats are paired as harmful elements. if we perform a company analysis, under strengths, we would expect to see its core competences, the areas where the business excels and has a competitive advantage over competitors. Weaknesses are areas that need improvement. Such vulnerabilities place a company at a disadvantage when competing against other firms. Opportunities can be seen as favorable factors existing in a company’s external environment, in the industry where it operates, and have the potential to improve its current results and competitive positioning. Threats arise in a company’s external environment and might harm its current business.

Technical indicators can be very daunting for beginner traders, though have to be and by then does video you have an understanding of the most common technical indicators and how they can be used to support your trading. Firstly all the indicators are going to show you are created from basic candlestick data. The auto information from the open high low and close the basic price action. If you need to learn more about the basics candlesticks and please click here three-part candlestick series. Here are some of the most common mistakes traders make the technical indicators. Don’t overload your screen with indicators and display the indicators that you actually use on your charts a lot of traders overload their charts with indicators as excuse to over trade.Remember indicators are just an indication of something happening in the market they are crystal ball trying to predict the future. Don’t blame the indicators where traders and workout no matter what indicators you use your still have to take losses in trading. Two types of indicators. There are two types of markets trending and range bound or cyber to markets. A trending market looks like this but the market is moving in one direction arrange panel Cyprus market looks like this were the market is moving up and down within a specific range indicators tend to be either suited trending or range assignment markets. Indicator one RSI. The relative strength index compares the magnitude of recent gains to recent losses in the attempt to determine overbought and oversold conditions of instrument as you can see from the chart the RSI ranges from 0 to 100. Insurance is deemed to be overbought once the RSI approaches the 70 level mean that it maybe getting overvalued and is a good candidate for pullback likewise if the RSI approaches 30, then the instrument is oversold and therefore like to reverse. Traders will often use the RSI coming back out of overbought or oversold conditions as a signal to enter the market. A trade using RSI should be whether large rallies and drops in price will affect the RSI by potentially creating false buy or sell signals traders often come by the RSI such as the MACD. Indicator two MACD. Moving average convergence divergences is one of the most well-known unused indicates in technical analysis this indicator is made of two exponential moving averages which help measure momentum henchmen. These moving averages and the changing distances between them become the MACD. Convergence means the moving averages moving closer together, divergence means they’re moving away from one another. Indicator three Bollinger bands. A Bollinger band starts off as a simple moving average and has two standard deviations plotted away from it that sounds a mouthful but the important part is because standard deviation is a measure of volatility Bollinger bands adjust themselves to current market conditions. When markets become more volatile markets widen and move further away. Enjoying less volatile periods the band’s contract moving closer together. The typing of the bands of news by technical traders as an indication there may be volatility to follow. Market Analysis using IML Web Analyzer Sheriff Strategy

43:04
Hello everyone, Being good Friday on Easter weekend and with markets in US closed there is low volume so I decided to make a video for you analyzing the market using the IML Web Analyzer Sheriff Strategy. I know some people have had a hard time understanding his original video so I thought I would help out by using this great strategy (Thank you very much Sheriff) and analyze the market using it to help others understand how to use it and entry on a buy and a sell and how I trade and look at the markets using this strategy. Also he trades the pairs with low spread. Those pairs are EURUSD, EURGBP, GBPUSD, USDJPY. On his phone his settings are RSI: 7, close, Stoch: 14,3,3, BB: 20, close. His trades are done on 15 min TF. In this video I use his settings and I go to the point in the market on the EURGBP 15M TF where he shows us his strategy. Now on my charts I have a few other indicators. You may choose to use them on yours or you may not. That is your choice. This is just how I trade as I trade on multiple timeframes. I trade on 1min up to hourly using this strategy and my settings on my charts as you will see. I go over them and explain them in the video. In this video I use the same settings the only difference is I have a 10 simple moving average on my RSI to help determine trend. I apply that to "Previous Indicators Data". I also have some moving averages on my main chart for this same purpose and they also act as imaginary support and resistance as you may see. Those settings are: 5 Simple MA apply to "Close" 8 Exponential MA apply to "Open" 50 Exponential MA apply to "Close" 100 Exponential MA apply to "Close" 200 Exponential MA apply to "Close" I also have a support and resistance indicator that will draw support and resistance for you on your charts on all timeframes. In the video I showed a setting of 15 min. Just leave the default settings as they are when you add them to your charts so they will work on all your timeframes. If you change the timeframe settings from default it will put the support and resistance on all your charts at that one timeframe and you do not want that. Just leave as is and you will be fine with the correct suppport and resistance. You can get that indicator here: https://www.fxtradingrevolution.com/supportresistance.html I hope you all enjoy this video and it helps you. If you are a member of IMarkets Live that is awesome. Marketing Minute 032: “Competitive Analysis” (Marketing Strategy) #MarketingMinute

01:21
There are some so-called marketing “gurus” who are saying that you shouldn’t worry about what your competition is doing, and that you should only focus on, and feel good about, what you’re doing to serve your customers. While this type of strategy might be easy in the short term, and might make you feel good in the short term, it can be devastating to your long-term marketing success. “Competitive analysis” is a key element in both protective and opportunistic marketing strategies, and regardless of the size of your business, or your business unit, you should be performing some type of competitive analysis on a regular basis. From a protective position, you should evaluate how your competition is either actively or passively moving into your particular market space in the minds of your customers. From an opportunistic perspective, you can examine your competitors’ perceptual positions to determine whether you want to move your brand’s offerings into those spaces to capture some of that market share. In the long-run… You cannot effectively compete if you don’t know the competition, and you need to know it from the perspectives of your customers. **Be sure to subscribe to my channel so that you don't miss any future episodes of Monday's Marketing Minute. **Also, connect with me on any of the following: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/anthonymiyazaki Twitter: https://twitter.com/sensiblefolk Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sensiblefolk/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/AnthonyMiyazaki
